Description

Learn in the order you will work: understand retail context and your category role, read the data, build the product hierarchy, analyze performance, then decide the range, pricing, inventory and supplier plan.

Learning extends beyond tools to the commercial logic behind each decision and the connection between metrics and operating reality. Two sessions are held each week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, and each session lasts 90 minutes. The exact time is confirmed before the cohort begins.
